1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Orange Holidays's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Orange Holidays provides travel services including but not limited to visa assistance, passport services, domestic tours, international tours, travel insurance, and custom itinerary planning. All services are subject to availability and applicable terms.

3. Booking and Payment

When booking our services:

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability
  • Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
  • All prices are in the currency specified at the time of booking

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations 30+ days before travel: Full refund (minus processing fees)
  • Cancellations 15-29 days before travel: 70% refund
  • Cancellations within 14 days: 50% refund
  • No-show: No refund
  • Some packages may have specific cancellation terms which will be communicated at booking

5. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. TravelCo will assist with visa and passport services but is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid documents.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Orange Holidays can assist with travel insurance arrangements, but coverage terms are subject to the insurance provider's policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orange Holidays acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

Orange Holidays shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Orange Holidays and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the services.

11. Modifications to Terms

Orange Holidays reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orange Holidays operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
